Proper diet is the key to stay healthy. Following a healthy diet can improve your Physical and Mental health as well. Follow this diet chart to stay healthy and fit 


WATER

The best and easy thing is consuming more Water. Drinking more Water is good for your Physical & mental health as well.

Here you can calculate the quantity of Water you drink based on your weight. 
Your Weight(in KG) * 0.033 = Water to drink daily(in Litre) 

For Example, if you are 50 KGs;
50 * 0.033 = 1.65 Litres of Water you need to drink each day.

SALADS

Make a Salad with the Vegetables and Fruits. There are wide range of health benefits by eating Veg Salads. Here I am listing some, it is used to build strong bones, improve Heart health & Muscles. 

I recommend you to eat Veg Salad in the morning & Fruit Salad in the Afternoon or evening.

NUTS, SEEDS & BERRIES

Eat Nuts, Seeds & Berries daily. Soak them in Water overnight and take them the next morning with empty Stomach. This boosts your Heart & Brain health. 

I suggest  you some of these... Almonds, Walnuts, Pumpkin seeds, Flax seeds & Blueberries.

HEALTHY RECIPES 

Make more recipes with Leafy green vegetables as well as Veggies. Try to eat Spinach, Kale, Broccoli,  Beans, Avocados, Beetroot, Tomato, Fish... These are super food for Heart and Brain. 

Except Fish, try to avoid Non-veg as much as possible. If you want Proteins, just go with Egg. If you are Vegetarian or Eggitarian, eat more Eggs, Paneer & dairy Products.

JUICES

Make Fruit juice without Sugar & Ice and take it daily in the Afternoon. Avoid taking fruits in the Morning, as it's not good for health. 

Try to drink some Vegetable juices like Tomato, Cucumber, Carrot & Beetroot as well. Take more Fluids to avoid de-hydration.

RAW COCONUT

Eat raw Coconut as a snack in the Evening. It's very good for Skin, Heart, Brain & boosts immunity power.

TURMERIC MILK

Drink turmeric milk before bed daily. It has Antibacterial, Antiviral & Antifungal Properties, improves Brain functioning and protects heart.
