There are 4 happy chemicals in our Brain: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, Endorphin. These release when we feel pleasure and our nervous system sends messages among nerve cells using it. Follow the Article to know how to release them.

1.DOPAMINE: 

It is the reward chemical. It releases when we exposed to rewarding stimulus or pleasurable situations/activity.

*Complete a Task: Divide your work into small tasks and make a time bound. Try to complete the tasks within time. Achieving Goals releases the Dopamine.

*Self-care: Take care of yourself first. Spend time, pamper and love yourself. This empowers our Brain and hence releases the Dopamine.
