trusted Pulse Oximeter and frequently check SPO2 levels. If
SPO2>=95; Healthy.
SPO2<95; consult a Doctor to get
clarity on this.
SPO2<90; dangerous, seek medical
help immediately.
Don’t panic if you find low Oxygen
saturation. If you can’t get Oxygen Cylinder, try the medically approved
